In conclusion:Scuba diving is a risk. but so is jogging or driving a car. Often the most unsafe place for a diver is thewater surface. Make sure that you can flfloat/swim confifidently even in absence of flfloating aids, yourpresence at or below the surface is signalled on the surface.Having proper, continuous training and education; executing a dive plan, abstaining from diving whennot fifit or well, observing the limits which you were trained for unless you are directly under qualififiedguidance and keeping within your physical ability.
